You are not meant to do hard things alone. One of the keys to attaining a challenging goal is to have support in doing it. Through my program, you will have full control of all the ingredients! You will have MORE ENERGY which also means MORE TIME! Why does eating take out & frozen dinners make you feel weighed down & sluggish? Because of the ingredients that are used - namely preservatives, artificial ingredients, cheap, unhealthy & inflammatory oils & loads of sugar and salt. You will have breakfast & lunches prepared ahead. You will cut the time you spend in the kitchen in half. Before I started meal-prepping, dinner was a minimum of 2 hours per night, cooking plus a mountain of dishes. Shopping, watching the videos, prepping, and cleaning will take approximately 4-6 hours total for 1-2 people, for the week. With the time saving tools I teach in the program and as you get more adept through the weeks, you will get back hours of time to do what you really want to do. Also, you can shop at any grocery store available. You want FLAVORS! You want VARIETY! You can do this with the basic kitchen supplies you have now: a blender, pots & pans, a sharp knife. Nobody wants to eat the same boring, dry chicken breast, sweet potato & broccoli every day. Learn to make all your own condiments, sauces, dressings for your meals + whole foods to improve your immune system and in turn, increase your disease resilience. Your gut health is dramatically affected by the food you eat. Your immune system lives primarily in the gut. You will build up your immune system to optimal levels.
